What is The GPA Needed To Get into Radford?

Many schools specify a minimum GPA requirement, but this is frequently just the bare minimum to apply without being rejected right away.

The GPA requirement that truly matters is the GPA required for a genuine chance of admission. For this, we look at the average GPA of current students.

Radford accepts students with GPAs as low as 3.25. It’s fine to be a B-average student with a few A’s thrown in.

However, avoid C’s and D’s because application readers may wonder if you can handle the stress of college academics.

If you are a junior or senior, changing your GPA in time for college applications is difficult. If your GPA is at or below the school average of 3.25, you’ll need to improve your SAT or ACT score. This will allow you to compete effectively against applicants with higher GPAs than you.
