Here’s How to Win the $1,000 Calahe Scholarship!

Connecticut Association of Latinos in Higher Education, CALAHE, is an academic network committed to promoting the participation of Latinos in different departments of the universities. This organisation was born as the population of Latinos in universities was increasing significantly. CALAHE Organisation was founded in 1978 by lecturers from different Universities in the State. This NGO or non-profit organisation were created to address the needs of Latino students, staff, faculty and administrators in the state’s colleges and universities.

Every year, CALAHE carves out $1000 to assist Latinos studying at a University in the United States. This need-based financial assistance is for undergraduates and is aimed to cover academic expenses for Latino students. This scholarship is quite competitive because it is the dream of every Latino that knows about this scholarship to be a recipient of the scholarship.
