Criteria for DePaul State Scholar Plus Scholarship
Candidates must have graduated from high school.
- Apply by November 15th, the deadline for our Early Action Program.
- At the time of admission, you must have a 3.75 GPA or higher (on a 4.0 scale)
- Obtain a position in the top 10% of your graduating class.
- If your official high school transcript does not include class ranking information, a guidance counsellor/school counsellor can submit a supporting letter indicating ranking.
- Student from another country: If there is no class ranking, an SAT score of 1300 or an ACT score of 28 (or higher) is required.
The following are enrollment requirements for the DePaul State Scholar Plus Scholarship
- The following course prerequisites are strongly advised:
- English for four years
- Three years of mathematics (minimum course work equivalent to Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II)
- Three years of scientific study (two of which must be lab science)
- Two years of social science
- Two years of language study in addition to English
- TOEFL score: 80 overall, with no section scoring less than 17
- PTE- 53 overall score IELTS score of 6.5 overall
